Capacity and structure

Overwhelm is a capacity problem. Under-guidance is a structure or orientation problem. More information alone does not resolve missing structure.

The missing piece may be context: what situation the advice assumes. It may be sequence: what has to happen first. It may be relevance: which options matter here. Or it may be a dependency or decision that has not yet been made explicit.

This distinction helps identify what kind of support is needed. Reducing the load addresses capacity; making the path understandable addresses under-guidance.
